Oxycodone is a prescription drug that acts as a depressant of the central nervous system. It is a narcotic, much like Vicodin and morphine and is used to treat moderate to severe pain like that caused by fractures, arthritis, childbirth and serious diseases like Cancer

Going by such brand names as Percocet, OxyContin, Tylox and Percodan, oxycodone is an opiate that is highly addictive and is being abused by many. When taken repeatedly, one can become tolerant to the drug, therefore requiring higher doses to experience the same effects. Oxycodone is often mistakenly referred to as oxycotton. While OxyContin is a brand name of the drug, oxycotton is just a misspelling of the name. This drug is also referred to as oxy and hillbilly heroin on the street.

Oxycodone Side Effects

Oxycodone is very addictive and is often abused by individuals who begin taking the drug as a part of a prescription but spiral out of control into actually abusing it. As their tolerance increases, they require a higher and higher oxycodone dosage to achieve the same effects, such as euphoria, pain relief and the prevention of withdrawal symptoms.

When taken as prescribed, oxycodone can cause several side effects including constipation, headache, nausea, excessive sweating and dry mouth. An oxycodone overdose can cause severe symptoms including seizures, coma, dizziness, clammy skin and slowed breathing.

Oxycodone Abuse

Abusers of oxycodone may either take it in its original pill form or crush it into a powder to be snorted. The drug can also be melted in water and injected. Because the drug is meant to act as a time-released pain reliever, when crushed or injected oxycodone causes an intense high that involves feelings of euphoria. This is how abusers experience an oxycodone overdose, due to the large amount of the substance being released into their system at once, rather than slowly released over time in the oxycodone pill form.

Signs of Oxycodone Addiction

If a person’s use of oxycodone is radically different from their prescription or doctor’s recommendations, or is taken without a prescription, they may be addicted to the drug. Oxycodone abuse can be seen in those who have developed a dependence on the drug and will continue to take it despite negative consequences. Their bodies go through withdrawal when the intake of the drug is ceased. Withdrawal symptoms are quite obvious and include anxiety, diarrhea, nausea, muscle cramping, especially in the legs, and restlessness.

How To Test For Oxycodone Abuse

There are many different types of drug tests available that detect oxycodone. When searching for one, look for those that test for opiate abuse. Also look for drug tests that test for another opiate, hydrocodone. This substance can be found in drugs such as Vicodin and produces much of the same affects as oxycodone. Drug testing kits come in several types including oxycodone urine tests, saliva tests and hair tests.

Employers, in particular, are often concerned with drug testing and how to go about administering it, yet don’t know where to turn. Liability rests on the shoulders of the employer, making drug abuse of utmost concern. While abusing oxycodone can decrease a person’s ability to make sound judgments and decisions, the abuse of any drug in the workplace can potentially lead to disastrous results. This is why employers often opt to start an employee drug testing program.

Parents, too are worried about drug use in their homes. Teenage drug abuse of substances such as oxycodone is a serious matter. Even the slightest suspicion of teen drug use, and a drug test should be administered.

Many a question has gone unanswered why people suffer from OCD and the reason for that is there is no known answer. What we do know? is that obsessive compulsive disorder affects 2 of the people in the UK. It is a disorder where a sufferer performs repetitive actions to relieve anxiety

OCD without doubt is a type of anxiety disorder and the good news, it is treatable.

None of us escape unpleasant thoughts every one of us at some time have had experience of this way of thinking. Fortunately for some they manage to banish these thoughts unlike that of a victim of OCD who struggle to control their behaviour brought on as a result by these nasty thoughts in which the content can relate to aggression and violence.

Fear of contamination is a symptom that burrows deep into a patient’s mind leaving them with a sense of insecurity where they feel dirty and unclean hence habitual compulsory hand washing. Then we have the worrier who constantly doubles back on them selves checking to secure doorswindows etc.
Frustration is high on the cards for an infected person who plays the number game where counting denotes how and when things are done, little things like the arranging of objects can escalate out of control for a sufferer if moved out of place.

Peace of mind is all an infected person is in search of and by fulfilling tasks that have become an obsession, it is then they find contentment even if only for a little while. Compulsive behaviours are carried out religiously by people with OCD to help counteract depressionanxiety brought on by their obsessions.

The reason behind why people suffer from OCD is unknown but there are factors that can be taken into account where some evidence has shown that it runs in the family, this does not mean that your actions are duplicated like that of your blood brothers. Disorders such as trichotillomania and picking of the skin, are quite common hand me downs.

People who have no understanding on this condition would see habits performed by an OCD sufferer as a sign of madness. Health of an infected person can deteriorate due to self inflicted stress by trying to conceal their actions. Stop, for all you know the person next to you may also be doing the same.

Come out of the closet so as to speak and make the illness visible. People in your life that matter can not help what they can not see

Leprosy went out with the ark where people were sectioned off away from the land of the living. 2 is a rather large percentage of people suffering from obsessive compulsive disorder. So you are not on your own, so why go it alone.

What is PCP, exactly? While developed during the 50s to be used as anesthesia, phencyclidine, or PCP, has never made it to the market for human use. Due to the erratic side effects, it was deemed illegal. Now going by such street names as angel dust, rocket fuel, and wack, PCP is sold as an illicit substance, and a very dangerous one at that.

Effects of PCP

People who use PCP experience different sensations. Most commonly, users experience a disassociation of time and space from where and when they are at the current moment. While high on PCP, a person may feel weightless, euphoric or even experience hallucinations. Many times, abusers of this drug suddenly feel paranoid due to disturbing hallucinations.

While people use PCP to get high, they often do not expect the severe side effects that can come along with it. For instance, a bad reaction to angel dust could include seizures, violent aggressiveness and even death.

PCP Abuse

PCP can be used in many ways, including swallowing the drug in pill or capsule form, or drinking a liquid. The PCP drug can also be taken through injection or by snorting it in powder form. PCP is also combined with other drugs to create even more dangerous substances, one of which is called killer weed which is a marijuana joint laced with PCP. The process of adding PCP to another drug is called dusting.

Signs of PCP Abuse

While many of the effects of PCP are only noticeable to the user of the illicit substance, there are many indications that can make someone high on PCP fairly obvious, such as slurred speech, involuntary movement of the eyes, dizziness, amnesia and many of the symptoms of schizophrenia. In fact, some people who experience adverse reactions to PCP can become psychotic to the point where their symptoms are identical to those of schizophrenia.

How to Test For PCP Abuse

Drug testing can be used to detect the abuse of PCP. While many people are opposed to drug testing because they feel it imposes upon individual rights, the fact of the matter is that drug abuse causes major problems in American society. Whether it be in the workplace or on the home front, PCP drug abuse can wreck lives, destroy companies and even kill. To prevent these atrocities from happening, PCP drug tests can be used to answer your questions about are they or arent they? and take the first step in the right direction toward rehabilitation.
Employers especially need to consider PCP drug testing. Drug use in the workplace creates an unsafe environment for both employer and employee. Accidents are more likely to happen, more sick days are taken and the costs to the company are innumerable. By creating a drug testing program to detect illicit substances such as PCP, the workplace can be a much safer place, and will live up to its full potential.

PCP use is cause for concern the family as well. If you suspect drug abuse in your home, especially that of angel dust, purchasing a drug testing kit may be the best option for you. That lingering suspicion of whether or not your child is using can be troublesome. Testing your teen for PCP now, can help ease your worries and set them on the right track for lifeone without the interference of drugs.

Desires in Healing the Hidden Self

The perceptive and the aware or cognizant self are referred as the whole self. The self is our personality that acts as a representative of our actions, emotions and feelings. It is our nature that makes up our character and becomes our identity once developed.

Many people commonly react differently in atypical circumstances. The outcomes of our decisions are based on the way we react to these situations.

Different theorists have different theories regarding the self of an individual. By reading and understanding the factors, that affects the self of an individual. To study psyche and the metaphysics self has to be studied.

Desires play a huge part in our decision-making. In the competitively fashioned world we reside, it often becomes out of ones control to retain a balance amid the mind and soul, which the soul is the body. We often find ourselves struggling to maintain such balance of mind and body.

Many people struggle with balance, which sometimes these people become distressed and anxious. To avoid such emotional chaos is the key to balance. Failure to thrive for balance by navigating through your desires will only lead to serious or even grave degradation of ones spirit and health.

Suffering only slows the healing processes. Self-healing evolves around processes, which we must navigate through to understand suppressed emotions and desires. The process of self-healing is not initiated via any external factors. It is not initiated through means of synthetic or artificial drugs, or medical procedures.

Self-healing takes effort on our part. The external factors may perhaps offer some relief in synchronization the inner self.

According to many prospectors, our best healing agent is time. Debating the notion however, time can offer you some relief, yet it takes more than waiting to move toward healing the hidden self.

We need self-control and confidence to work with time in order to reveal the hidden being. The first goal is to move toward understanding the logic of our own self as we see it now. If you feel dismal and ominous for example, you must explore your mind to understand these feelings of gloom. Only then, will you find answers and move to accept change. Change is a huge problem for most people, simply because they fear change.

To overcome such gloomy feelings, one must understand his or her fears. One must attempt to overcome any sort of inferiority complex issues, fears, et cetera. Quote Whenever an inferiority complex problem exists, you will find a good cause. Find the cause of the problem and you can work through the complex issues.

We need to trim down any holdups from the subliminal mind and psyche. Anything that stumps our growth is interference one must move to understand. If you lack confidence, try joining a motivation course. You want to develop self-motivation to work through psychosomatic disturbances.

Self-healing for prerequisites is healthy subsistence. Self-healing is commonly referred as perennial prostate herbs, or heal-all-or heartsease. This is the definition outlined by various natives, including the Eurasia. The wild pansy was commonly used for self-healing, which is also the Viola Tricolor flower that has bright velvety petals. This is a European plan life.

Today, we use innate abilities, skills, et cetera for self-healing. Because scientists are coming to a better understanding of the brains functionalities, thus new techniques are re-announced that we can use to heal the hidden self. Today, you can go online and discover thousands of articles that will give you additional insight into healing the hidden being. We encourage you to spend some time surfing the Internet today to discover these insights that will bring you some rewards by navigating through your desires.

More and more people are reporting incidents of domestic violence to the police. If you are a victim of domestic violence you will be aware of just how frightening it can be. The question that many people ask is what are the causes of this violence, is the person just a lunatic or are there other reasons behind it.

According to the latest reports alcohol has a large part to play in leading to cases of domestic violence. In the example of a husband hitting his wife when he is drunk, this is typically what can happen. For the sake of making this article easier to read, I shall call the husband John and his wife Linda.

John is a really nice guy when sober. Linda is very much in love with him and hopes that they will grow old together. John is a great father to their two children, is helpful around the house and is a great cook. The problem occurs after he has had rather too much to drink. John now becomes a whole different person, he starts to accuse his wife of having an affair, becomes abusive and very argumentitive. Linda realising he is drunk attempts to walk away to leave John to his bad mood, this only adds however to his anger and he starts to become violent.

The next morning John can not believe what he has done and is full of regret and remorse. He can not say sorry enough and begs for Linda’s forgiveness. He promises that it will never happen again and states that he will give up the alcohol if that would make his wife happy.

Linda is not sure what to do, she would love to forgive and forget but feels that it is very likely that it only happen again in the future if she does.

In many cases people like Linda will forgive their partner or husband a number of times before eventually losing patience with them.

My advice for John would be to stop drinking alcohol straight away. This seems to be the cause of all of these problems, therefore you need to find something else to have an interest in.

Another cause of domestic violence is known to be depression. Some people who are normally very relaxed can become very angry and abusive when in a deep state of depression. They can take their problems and frustrations out on their partner much like in the example above.

A few days or weeks later when the person in question is feeling a lot happier, they will not believe what they have done.

Whether it is because of depression or alcohol, one solution to this domestic violence problem could be to attend some form of anger management program, that is for people like John.

Beautiful flower gardens have been a part of our world for thousands of years. Yet, flowers don’t provide us with food, clothing fibers, or any other item considered necessary for survival. So, why do we spend so much time planting and caring for flowers?

A recent study conducted at Rutgers University, the State University of New Jersey, offers scientific proof that flowers do provide happiness, surely a necessity for our emotional well being. The study was conducted under the direction of Jeannette M. Haviland-Jones, Ph.D., who is a psychologist and internationally known expert in emotional development in human behavior. Of the results, Dr. Haviland-Jones said, “What’s most exciting about this study is that it challenges established scientific beliefs about how people can manage their day-to-day moods in a healthy and natural way.”

The study lasted for 10 months and produced proof of the
following

Flowers immediately affect happiness.
The impact of flowers is positive and long-term.
Flowers help to enable connections between people.

In the stressful world we live in, isn’t it nice to know that by taking the simple step of purchasing flowers, you can quickly improve your own mood or someone else’s? And, better yet, the flowers you buy for yourself will make those who see them happy as well. Just place them in a high-traffic area like the entryway to your home, on your kitchen table, or in the family’s sitting room. Dr. Haviland-Jones agrees, saying, “Flowers bring about positive emotional feelings in those who enter a room. They make the space more welcoming and create a sharing atmosphere.”

Want to boost the mood of your employees and customers? Place flowers in your lobby and in areas used by your employees, like the break room, cafeteria, or meeting rooms. You’ll benefit by having a more beautiful workplace and you’ll see more smiles around the office. Improved morale can also increase employee productivity, so your small purchase of flowers can result in huge returns!

Your florist can help you choose the perfect flowers for any occasion and can even help you pick the right flowers to match the recipients personality or the space they’ll be placed in. Just pick up the phone and call or visit the flower shop to discuss what you need and what you’d like to achieve.

When your fears and depression have the best of you, it is easy to feel that things will not get any better. This is not true. There is hope in dealing with your fears and depression. For instance, there is much help available in todays society and the best way to deal with your fears is to find effective ways to overcome them. As a result, here are some techniques a person can use to help manage their fears and anxieties.

You never know when the answers your looking for will come to your doorstep. Even if the thing that you feared does happen, there are circumstances and factors that you cant predict which can be used to your advantage. These factors can change everything. Remember we may be ninety-nine percent correct in predicting the future, but all it takes is for that one percent to make a world of difference.

Challenge your negative thinking with positive statements and realistic thinking. When encountering thoughts that make your fearful or depressed, challenge those thoughts by asking yourself questions that will maintain objectivity and common sense. For example, your afraid that if you do not get that job promotion then you will be stuck at your job forever. This depresses you, however your thinking in this situation is unrealistic. The fact of the matter is that there all are kinds of jobs available and just because you dont get this job promotion doesnt mean that you will never get one. In addition, people change jobs all the time, and you always have that option of going elsewhere if you are unhappy at your present location.

Some people get depressed and have a difficult time getting out of bed in the mornings. When this happens, a person should take a deep breath and try to find something to do to get their mind off of the problem. A person could take a walk, listen to some music, read the newspaper or do an activity that will give them a fresh perspective on things. Doing something will get your mind off of the problem and give you confidence to do other things.

Seek help from God. You might of heard this before, however have you tried asking God for help? Praying and talking to God about your problem can be effective. Although the answers might not come to you right away, you cant go wrong on relying on God. You never know how God will work in ones life. All you can do is to do your best each day, hope for the best, and take it in stride by using the help of God. God will help us through our problems if we ask him.

As a Layman and author of an anxiety book, I have done many interviews with various counselors in how to manage fear, anxiety and depression. The techniques that I have just covered are some basic ways to manage your depression, however your best bet is to get some help from a professional and not to lose hope. Eventually, you will find the answers you are looking for.

To gain control of our actions first we need to face up to the OCD and believe in ourselves that we can fight this fight single handed if need be. I say single handed purely because this battle is one sided between you and you. Medication is readily available to combat and ease the symptoms but for results you have to work hand in hand with prescribed medicines and listen to medical advisors. This has proven to be successful for many of our fellow sufferers of over compulsive disorderOCD

Patients in desperation who take a stand and decide enough is enough, go on to topple this illness thus claiming contentment after liberation. The cure is out there whether you opt to take it is another matter, freedom beats being a prisoner inside of your own thoughts where mind over matter, matters.
All patients differ where in some cases symptoms are more severe than that of others. There is no need to try and beat this alone, yes I did mention this was between you and you, but where is the harm in having a little support behind you.

The cause behind many a sufferer’s OCD remains a mystery, regardless of not knowing why and how it all started the sufferer continues to carry on with their repetitive compulsions in return for peace of mind.
A combination of factors have been addressed which could probably be the cause, it has not been ruled out that in some cases it is hereditary. More prone to OCD are people who are susceptible to stress. Perfectionists also come under threat from developing this disorder.

In America approx one in 50 adults currently suffer from obsessive-compulsive disorder OCD double that number for the amount of people who in the past at some point been gripped by this self destroying illness.

2 of the population have been recognised as sufferers of OCD but just who really are the true sufferers. Family, friends, children even strangers are affected. Any one in general who proves to be a threat where an OCD patient is interrupted or prevented from performing hisher repetitive rituals in the home or out on the street is not welcomed with open arms.
Figure in numbers for all infected and affected by OCD, is now a population over populated with an epidemic.

I still fight this battle alone but as I stated earlier the success rate in curing an over compulsive disorder OCD sufferer is quite high but it is a time thing so don’t expect miracles overnight. I am going to be honest with all who are reading this article. I found coping with my OCD over the years easier than trying to fight it where it caused a lot of heartache and pain. I hasten to add most importantly at this point we all differ greatly. What works for one may not work for the other.

Symptoms of OCD to an outsider can be looked on as quite hilarious, but then you have the fellow sufferer with understanding on obsessive compulsive disorder who can relate to why a victim’s tears just keep on flowing.
Please consult a doctor if you or someone close may have developed any signs of this disorder.

A little advice, if you choose to ignore this warning then I know I do cry not alone.

Winter has always been a difficult time for me in Michigan, with its many gray days, and not much sunlight. I awoke, feeling heavy, sluggish, and still exhausted. I wanted to pull the covers back over my head and return to my secure sleep state. I sensed something was wrong but really didn’t seem to care what it was. I knew I did not want to face another grueling day, outside the world of sleep. I felt scared, but didn’t know why. I dragged myself, out of bed, and into the bathroom. I could not decide whether I wanted to shave or shower first, then I made that extremely difficult decision to shower. Typical thoughts that would run through my head every morning, would I ever get over this feeling? Why was I feeling like this all the time? Maybe this is normal and I will eventually get over it?

Finally, I was fully awake small tasks seemed monumental, drudgery and overwhelming but I pushed on. I started my day by looking for faults in everything but myself. I was very short tempered with those closest to me and I didn’t even realize it, then out the door to work I go. The rest of the day, at work, I felt numb people were talking to me, asking questions, but nothing was getting thru. On the outside I put up a great front so no one could see, but I was trapped inside a deep dark world, a personal hell.

I was forgetting things very easily, even if I wrote them down. Organization, no matter how I organized things, didn’t seem to matter, because I was depressed and felt hazy. I couldnt decide exactly what to start on because it all seemed overwhelming. When I did start something it was like climbing a mountain and I couldn’t see the top. Sometimes I felt a sinking feeling or a sense of little hope for anything. I felt like no one knew what I was going through or could help me. I would easily get angry and irritated at everything and everyone. There were times of PanicAnxiety attacks in the middle of the night, those were not fun.

My typical day was like that movie “Ground Hog Day” with Bill Murray where he had to keep repeating the same day over and over till he got it right. What I found out later was that somewhere, I allowed myself to tumble into a state of depression and had not realized it or even truly acknowledged it. When I did finally acknowledge I was depressed and needed to do something it took me along time to find the right solutions by trial and error. The only person that can drag you out of depression is you, but I have to tell you the big secret to my success was the pharmaceutical grade St. Johns Wort that I took for about 6 months. If you need to know more about what I was taking come to my forum I go into more detail there.

Now I am doing great, I have focus, drive, energy and care what happens to myself and others. I jump out of bed, can’t wait to face all of the issues at hand They are issues now, before they were monumental problems. I don’t have the emotional tendencies that I had before. I am by no means walking around with “rose colored glasses”, but more like a clear view now without the numb hazy feeling.

Depression is an emotionally draining journey that many will go through in their lifetime, but depression does not have to rule your life there is plenty of help available. Answers and treatments will vary from person to person what works for one person may not work for another. Allowing the state of depression to control you and be the norm will negatively affect you and others. Depression drags you down to depths that you feel you dont have the energy to accomplish anything or even beat depression itself, a vicious cycle. Depression appears to cause many physical illness’s that can be over come with treatment. Its time now, for you to pull out of the emotional numbness and rollercoaster that you step on to, but cant remember where.

Being able to feel normal and handle life is your right. When people look at others that are cool and calm they appear to have everything under control that might not be the case, because many of us can put of a really good front. Putting up a good front is ok for a while, but you need to address the disorders. “Depression slowly erodes your will and breaks down any attempt at your happiness for a normal life this is not what anyone wants.

Finally, I want all of you to know that depressed people are highly intelligent, loving and sensitive people that have a lot to contribute to the world, but they need to realize that they are depressed, admit it and find a solution.

Up until recently, there were four choices for persons with Depression. These were

	1. Do nothing, suffer and hope it’ll get better with time. This is the sad choice of many, and it doesn’t work. They most often get worse.

	2. Put them on one of the huge advertised array of drugs, and then put them on other drugs hoping to solve the side effects as they show up. This is known as the drug side effect chain. My ex-wife once ended up taking six different drugs in this way, and the end effect was that she got worse instead of better – a not uncommon result

 	3. Pay exorbitant amounts of money for EEG Biofeedback Neurofeedback training. This has been the best solution up to now. The overall success rate with good and bad clinicians is considered to be about 85. But, the cost of 60 recommended half hour sessions with a “professional” at 4500 to over 10,000 is above the ability of most mid and low income families.

	4. Try various allergy clinics to try to find the allergysensitivity responsible, and also do all the various tests for mineral toxicity mercury, copper, arsenic, cadmium, etc. This is also pretty expensive, with the very best system End Point Titration costing upwards of 10,000. For more info on EPT, see www.Alternate-Health.comallergy.html.

Now, there’s another choice. I invented a new method of changing brain wave amplitude up or down that is similar to EEG BF, but is inexpensive enough to give mid and low income families a choice besides expensive and dangerous drugs. It’s audio messaging used mostly during sleep. Instead of changing behavior as is “usual” with this technique, it does the same thing that EEG biofeedback Neurofeedback does, i.e. it raises the SMR brain wave 12-14 cycles per second – Hz, while lowering the Theta brain wave 4-8 Hz at the same time.

For those who aren’t familiar with EEG BF, this is the most effective brain training mechanism that best solves this particular brain problem. It also solves ADHD, insomnia, IBS, epilepsy, and even many cases of schizophrenia. There is substantial proof of this effectiveness of EEG BF, and a summary of professional papers can be found at
.

In my former practice as an Orthomolecular Psychologist, I had used auditory messaging with good success, and in 2004, I realized that it should be possible to use this technique to do the same thing that was done by the expensive EEG BF units and a computer. Instead of going thru the conscious mind of the “trainee” to affect the unconscious, why not go directly to the unconscious mind?

After more than two years, three clinical trials, and extensive testing utilizing volunteers who paid for the right to participate, I proved the following

	1. The Bate Auditory Brainwave Training Patent Pending Is very similar to EEG BF and accomplishes the same basic brain training with these following minor differences

		a. It compares with one night sleep being almost equivalent to one half hour session. 9-10 weeks of sleep showed approximately the same improvement in ADHD diagnosed persons as 60 half hour sessions in a clinic. Yes, it takes a long time to be effective, with either method – there really isn’t any magic pill, in spite of what the drug companies say in their ads.

		b. There is more possibility of a Hawthorne Effect in this training than in EEG BF training. For more info on this Effect see .

In the last test, this possible effect was discussed beforehand and warned about, and while it occurred in a few cases, it did not deter any of the volunteers, as it had done in earlier testing. This is NOT a dangerous “side effect” such as can be caused by all drugs! It can cause minor discomfort in a few individuals for only a day or so at worst.

c. Motivation is no longer a huge factor as it is in EEG BF. Both the parents
and the child have to motivated to continue long weeks of training, and if the training is stopped before an end point, some, or most, of the gain is lost.

	2. This system costs under 200, and that is a one-time fee only. It can be used for as long as it takes. With Autistic children, it can take up to 200 EEG BF sessions. The system is composed of two basic CD’s. The first is the actual Audio Training program, playable on any CD player, boom box, etc. The second CD is a computer disk that has several other programs useful as adjuncts to this training. This includes a free allergysensitivity test, a free bottle of amino acid supplement that has a calming effect, and several articles on alternate health therapies that have been shown to be of help for all types of brain problems.

	3. There is also a year’s full money back guarantee of success. If any person tries this for at least 60 days, and then states that there has been no significant improvement they will receive a full rebate including shipping and handling which is included in the price.

Now, even the low and mid income families have a choice that doesn’t force them to do nothing or to try andor use dangerous drugs.
